SilverSneakers Classic is a group program that focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Aquacize is a beginner to intermediate level group water aerobics class that features low impact and a moderate pace. This class helps you tone your muscles, strengthen your lungs, and improve your spring in the water.

High Intensity Aquacize is an intermediate to advanced level group water aerobics class that features a low impact environment with moderate to high pace movements. This class helps you tone your muscles, improve your endurance, and increase range of motion.

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that features slow, continuous movements that offer a superb exercise routine with many health benefits. Often called “meditation in motion”, this class will also help your mind focus. Low impact, relaxing movements can be effective in reducing stress, improving balance, reducing the risk of falls, lowering blood pressure, and even minimize the effects of diabetes.
